Before you choose
A few useful answers.
What does a Free class include?
TAIF Free includes one permanent class for the lifetime of your workspace, up to 500 distinct learners over the class’s lifetime, unlimited roster-based individual and team activities, and one additional instructor.
Every Free participant must match the class roster. Removing a learner does not restore a place; re-importing the same learner does not count again. Open participation and label-based Privacy mode require Instructor. Instructor keeps the limit of 500 currently rostered learners per class.
What counts as an active class?
An active class is a class in your workspace that is not archived. Instructor includes up to ten at a time. Archiving keeps the class available for review and frees a paid slot. Restoring it uses a slot again.
What happens if I cancel or my paid access ends?
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through your verified paid period. After that, your permanent Free class returns to roster-only participation and one additional instructor; other classes stay available for review and exports allowed by your role. Billing expiry does not delete teaching records. Our data and retention policy continues to apply.
What is the refund policy?
Use your complete Free class to evaluate TAIF before upgrading. We do not offer a general change-of-mind guarantee or automatic refunds for unused time. Mandatory rights still apply, and we review duplicate charges, unauthorised payments and material service problems. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
Do students need a subscription?
No. Students do not pay to participate in your TAIF activities.
Can I change between monthly and annual?
Plan switching and prorated credits are not available at launch. Manage your existing subscription or contact TAIF before changing your payment arrangement. Do not purchase a second subscription for the same workspace.
